Amity began in the car scene with her Father who builds hot rods. At an early age she was cleaning chrome for her allowance, holding the flashlight, and handing wrenches under the car. Growing up, she scoured swap meets in the early hours and grew up in the hot rod scene. Her first project was a 68 Camaro at 15. In 2019, she attended Mobile Technical Training's Advanced Auto Upholstery Courses in NJ; one of the last schools offering a full-time program in the trade. Favorite cars to work on are the 1930s-1960s.
